A blended bittersweet cider made from apples handpicked from old Herefordshire orchards was pressed in 2021. Following fermentation the cider was aged for a year and then distilled using a wood-fired copper still in August 2022 before spending six months on oak to create this finished cider spirit.

How quickly will I recieve my order?

Everything is packed and shipped by us (Tom and Lydia) at the cidery and we aim to get all orders out within two days of purchase. If you need your cider more quickly, get in touch and we'll do our best to help!

 Orders are shipped via APC on a next day delivery service.

Does the brandy have a use by date?

Unopened and stored in a cool, dry place our brandy will be good to drink for years . As a general rule brandy has excellent capacity for ageing.

Once opened the brandy can be stored in a cool, dry place and consumed over whatever period of time you deem suitable.

Is the brandy vegan friendly?

Yes, our only ingredients are apples and water!

Is the brandy organic?

We only use organically grown, unsprayed apples in our brandy. Due to the number of orchards we care for belonging to other people we are not able to offically certify ourselves organic at this point in time.

Does the brandy contain sulphites?

Our brandy does not contain sulphites,
